Intake New Patient; 90 Minutes

Comprehensive health and psychiatric history evaluation
Review of current and past medications
Assessment of mental health symptoms and diagnosis
Development of personalized treatment goals
Establishment of a care plan, including medication management and therapy options
Review of lifestyle factors and their impact on mental health
Discussion of support systems and external resources
Initial diagnostic screenings or referrals to specialists, if necessary
Collaborative discussion on treatment preferences and expectations

Follow-up Appointments &
Medication Checks; 30 minutes

Monitoring and adjustment of medication effectiveness and side effects
Ongoing assessment of mental health symptoms and overall well-being
Review of treatment goals and progress toward achieving them
Review lab work, genetic testing
Discussion of any new or emerging symptoms
Evaluation of adherence to the treatment plan
Consideration of any necessary medication adjustments or changes
Addressing concerns, questions, or issues related to mental health treatment
Coordination of care with other healthcare providers, if needed
